Service to the Lessor/Landlord:

* Once we receive your mandate, we will do the listing and advertise on our website,  Private Property and local newspapers

* With your permission we will add a TO LET/FOR SALE board in front of your property.

* Prospective tenants and buyers will be taken to your property on appointment

* Applications will be completed by tenants and screening will be done on ITC and TPN, and referrals will be checked.

* Lease agreement or offer to purchase will be signed and forwarded to you.

* Pre- and exit inspections will be done on rental properties.

Communication between Lessor/Landlord and Lessee/Tenant:

* Our commission is between 8 and 10% of rental amount, plus VAT.

* We can pay your rates and taxes or levies if arranged with us.

* We do have a maintenance department, but it is not included in the rental service.

Service to the Lessee/Tenant:

* After the unit has been viewed, a formal quotation will be given on Deposits, Advance rental payments and Administration fee.

* Application form needs to be completed and submitted with a copy of ID, payslip or 3 months statements and proof of address.

* ITC will be checked, as well as previous leasing experiences, with referrals.

* Deposits will be held in trust account with interest accruel that will be paid to EAAB.

* Pre-and exit inspections will be held with tenants.

* All requests and correspondence must be in writing to our office to keep record.
